Access

From the La Romana airport it is a 45 minute drive (45km) and from Punta Cana airport 55 minutes (66km) thanks to new new Coral Highway (opened 2013). Roads are of excellent quality to Boca de Yuma. A bridge can be built to cross from Boca de Yuma to the Yuma del Mar property site. Currently a 12 km dirt road links San Rafael de Yuma to the property.

Alternate Route & Bridge (partially built)

Alternate Route

From San Rafael de Yuma take road to Boca de Yuma, about 1/2 km from de town a bridge can be built to cross the Yuma River.

This alternate route would save asphalting 12 km of dirt road on the east side of the river. This alternative would entail the cost of the bridge and only 3km of new asphalted road.
